Upper Unionville Dominates the Trimart Report

Normally, on our weekly Trimart Report, we take a look at some of the most successful projects by different builders in the Greater Toronto Area. This week, for the first time ever, a single development has taken up every spot. Congratulations go out to the team of developers at Upper Unionville, that’s quite the accomplishment, however not too shocking, considering the high demand for homes in that area, and the high quality products being offered.

Here is the breakdown for development sites within Upper Unionville:

Leading off the Upper Unionville version of the Trimart Hotlist is Arista Homes. Arista Homes witnessed 142 sales in the Grand Opening month, featuring semis, single detached homes, and townhomes in a variety of sizes.
