Now open is Nexus North, the newest condominium development in Downtown Markham
Downtown Markham is a master planned community that will focus on urban living.

The Remington Group has brought in a large team of experts to bring Nexus North to life. The building was designed by Quadrangle Architects Limited, one of the
top architectural firms in the Greater Toronto Area. They are the designers behind
Viva Condominiums, as well as the City/Chum Building. With Nexus North, they have produced a two-tier tower, topping out at 10 storeys. The designs will be respectful of the area, with a focus on architectural diversity and visual interest.
The suites – designed by Bryon Patton and Associates – will feature 9′ – 10′ ceilings,
expansive balconies and terraces, a chef’s kitchen, as well as engineered hardwood
floors in living areas.
Another important aspect to Nexus North is its focus on sustainable building. Fluent
Engineering Inc is a company that was brought in to provide custom services to ensure that the building will be as energy efficient as possible. From Remington’s exclusive Environmental Quality Control (EQC) program, Remington has always been a builder that focuses on responsible development. This building will not only be good for the people inside, but also good to the planet.
