More Condos coming to Church Street
Menkes has purchased a pocket of property on the corner of Church St. and McGill St., with an eye towards developing a new tower in the area.
Information at this point is scarce, however the current plan is to see a 30 storey
tower located at 365 Church Street. The application states the plan is to include 322
residential units, and ground floor residential. Currently, the site is a parking lot.
This project is still in the early development stages, so the tower is yet to be fully approved by the city.
Menkes is one of the top developers in the Greater Toronto Area, and currently has multiple successful projects in their portfolio. Included in that portfolio is Gibson Square, Lumiere Condominiums on Bay, and Pears on the Avenue.
