King + Condos gets a second life
A project that has been years in the making, King + Condos is coming soon to
King and Sherbourne.
Coming soon to the corner of King and Sherbourne, King + Condos now has a rendering for its new condominium.
The project is an 18 storey tower which will have 147 units and incorporate the National Hotel, which was first built in 1868.
Originally marketed as Bauhaus Condos, the original proposal failed in 2008 when the developer was asking for approval to demolish the hotel, however now that they have submitted new plans to the Ontario Municipal Board that would incorporate the building.
It is headed up by Rams Head Developments.
We will have more on this development as it becomes avaluable.
