Urbanation –via its Twitter feed- is reporting that 783 Bathurst St. has been purchased by Lindvest Properties Limited. Lindvest has recently submitted an application to develop the property into a condominium building.

The current plan will see a 9-storey condominium with ground floor retail space. 196 units will be in the building, with 147 parking spaces.  The development is still in the application process.

The site is the location of Loretto Collage, a former Catholic School at the corner of Bathurst and Bloor and is parallel to Honest Ed’s.

Linvest Properties is currently partnering at Westown at Weston Rd and Sheppard, Roxborough located at Major MacKenzie Dr and Bathurst Rd, and Grand Cornell located at 9th Line and Highway 7.
