Lanterra Developments has made another interesting land acquisition.
Urbanation, via their Twitter feed, is reporting that Lanterra Developments has purchased a pocket of land at 501 Yonge Street.
The land is framed by Yonge Street to the West, Maitland Street to the North, Alexander St. to the South and Maitland Terrace to the East.
The site is a total of 0.87 acres.
The Site is currently a low-rise strip mall, with a Panzerotto Pizza, a Cash Store and other independent shops, and should be large enough to support two towers.
