Concort Adex gets a new address
Urbanation is reporting that Quartz, the next addition to Concord Adex’s CityPlace site, now has both an address and rendering.
The building will be located 10 Housey St. at Dan Leckie Way, just to the South East of Fort York.
The building will be a 42-storey tower with both glass and steel on the exterior.
CityPlace is a large section of former railway land in Toronto that is currently under development. It is the largest planned community in the history of Toronto.
