Oil building – 111 St. Clair Avenue W – is about to get a new neighbour. Plans
have been submitted to the City of Toronto to build a new 36 storey tower.
The tower will feature 331 residential units, a 5-storey podium and underground
parking. The development will also feature 15 townhomes, with 11 of those
to the exterior of the new tower, and 4 built into the podium
