The group at Great Gulf is moving forward with another downtown condominium.
Located at the corner of Jarvis and Dundas St., Pace Condominiums will be released to the public in the near future.

The current application with the city has Great Gulf Homes looking to build a 46 storey tower with a 10 storey podium. The Tower will have 417 suites, 142 parking spots in a 5 storey below grade parking garage, and 213 parking spaces. The Current site is located at 155 Dundas St. E.

Prices at are estimated to start in the $200,000’s.

Great Gulf is currently building Charlie Condos at the corner of Charolette and King as well as One Bloor at Yonge and Bloor.
