The Monarch Group has always been an active builder in the Humber Bay area, with its Waterview, Nautilus and Waterscapes developments. It appears that they are now moving forward with another development, ‘Lago at the Waterfront’.

Located at 2151 Lake Shore Road West, this building will be a unique addition to the area.  The current plan will see 49 storeys sitting on a 3-storey podium. There will also be a 4 level commercial and amenities building to the west.

The exterior of the building will feature a sleek glass and steel look, with balconies that will form a unique contrast to the tower.

Monarch has hired Graziani and Corazza Architects for the project.
