129 St. Clair Avenue West in Development
Urbanation is reporting that Whitecastle Investments, a company that assists
companies in acquiring capital, has submitted an application to convert Deer
Park United Church at the corner of St. Clair West and Foxbar Rd. The plan will
see the retrofit of Deer Park United Church as part of the tower.
The plan calls for a new 32 storey tower that will feature 220 units, including
5 luxury townhomes that will be located on Foxbar Road.
The area of St. Clair Rd. and Avenue Rd. has seen a large increase in the amount of
condominium developments in the area, including Camrost – Felcorp’s Imperial Plaza at 111 St. Clair West, as well as “The Avenue” at the Corner of St. Clair Ave and Avenue Road.
