1245 Dundas St. West gets potential development
RAW Design has released new renderings of a potential condominium at 1243 Dundas St West, located just East of Dovercourt Rd.
The building, developed by 1245 Dundas West Inc, will be a boutique style condominium with only 8 floors, 43 residential units and retail on the ground floor.
The design is very reminiscent of 12 Degrees by Bsar Group, which has sold well at Queen and Beverley.
The site is currently an auto shop, and is subject to re-zoning.
