It may seem like it’s been some time since our last video blog, but it’s only because we were holding out for something special!

Last week, we went up to 162 Avenue Rd. to check out Menkes’ project, Pears on the Avenue. We met up with Jared Menkes, Director of Development at Menkes, to discuss the construction progress at Pears, his favourite aspects of the condo, and the neighbourhood.
