New site openings, offering impressive incentives, continue to create a strong buzz within the first quarter of the 2012 housing market. Look out for Nature’s Path in Scarborough by Your Home Developments with their final release in February. Also, watch out for The Village of Trillium Forest in Wasaga Beach by Zancor Homes, and Flato is planning to open a new condominium and townhome development in Brampton this March.

First on this week’s Hotlist is Grand Central, a development by Brookfield Homes.  Located in Bradford, Brookfield has been in high demand over the past month, boasting 26 sales. Grand Central features detached homes ranging from 1,146-3,174 sq. ft., priced to start at $289,990.

Appearing in second on Trimart’s Hotlist, with a total of 14 sales, is Mulberry Meadows by Sundial Homes. Located in Ajax, Mulberry Meadows features cozy urban towns, ranging from 948-1,805 sq. ft., starting at $189,990.  Also available, are some slightly more spacious promenade towns, ranging from 1,406-2,167 sq. ft., and they are priced as low as $236,990.  They also feature detached homes on 30’ lots, ranging from 1,195-2,052 sq. ft., and they are starting at $276,990.

Third on the Hotlist is Summerlyn Village, a Bradford development by Great Gulf Homes. Summerlyn Village features detached homes on 36′ and 40′ lots, with prices starting from $389,990. It also features semi-detached homes on 22′ lots, starting at $319,990. Summerlyn Village achieved 11 sales this past weekend.

Placing fourth on this week’s Hotlist with 10 sales last month is Emerald Forest by Royal Park Homes. Located in Alliston, Emerald Forest is surrounded by lush greenery, parkland, trails, and picnic areas, and features an array of attached and detached homes.  The attached homes range from 934-1,422 sq. ft. and are priced as low as $219,990.  The detached homes are available on 33’, 40’, and 45’ lots, ranging from 1,121-3,110 sq. ft., and priced as low as $254,990.

Fifth on the Trimart Hotlist is Garden Court, a development by Monarch Homes.  Garden Court was successful last month with 10 sales.
