Today, the team at the Toronto Star’s NewInHomes.com ventured to Bay and Bloor and witnessed the topping off of the Four Season Private Residences.
“We are here today to celebrate the topping off of a great tower. It’s a momentous occasion,” said Alan Menkes as he addressed the crowd.
The 55-storey tower located just north of Bay and Bloor will act as the flagship hotel for the Four Seasons chain, and offer residences some of the best features and finishes of any Toronto condominium.
On top of all that, it offers some of the most spectacular views of downtown Toronto.
“This is truly a great day. Congratulations to the whole team on this great building,” added Isadore Sharp of the Four Seasons
After a few words from Mr. Sharp and Mr. Menkes, it was over to the building, where the team at the NewInHomes.com were thentaken up to the 46th floor, to see what are without a doubt, some of the best views in the city.
Menkes Developments and Lifetime Developments are teaming with Alcion Ventures to bring the Four Season Hotel and Resorts tower to Toronto. Menkes Construction is heading up the building of the towers.
