Obviously, Brad Lamb isn’t one to rest on his laurels.
Urbanation, Toronto’s leading real estate market research and consulting firm, is reporting that Lamb Development Corp., headed up by Toronto Real Estate Broker/Developer, Brad Lamb, has made an interesting land purchase for a sequel to one of his 2011 projects.
According to a tweet by Urbanation, Lamb has purchased 45 Camden St., where the second phase of their Brant Park development will be constructed.
At this point, formal plans are up in the air, but it’s interesting to see Lamb continue to make aggressive purchases. Last year, he launched Brant Park, Theatre Park, and King Charlotte, all in the downtown core, in addition to Gotham Ottawa.
Is this the start of another big year for Lamb? Will we see another three to four launches?
As always, time will tell.
