On Sept. 19, we attended the groundbreaking at Empire Communities’ Rain Condominiums. Drinks were poured at 5 p.m.; mingling commenced between excited owners and Empire staff; speeches and thanks were made; Empire made a donation to the United Way of Oakville; the shovels hit the dirt at 6 p.m., then drinks were poured again and mingling continued well into the night.

We have to hand it to Empire Communities — they really know how to throw a party.
