We’ve been keeping a close eye on the progress of One Valhalla Towns and Condos, a highly anticipated project by Edilcan Development Corporation. The last time we checked in they were announcing their plans for the site and celebrating the future construction of the master-planned community. Now they have truly broken ground and have started to make their dreams into a reality.
Located at One Valhalla Inn Road in Etobicoke, the first of three phases of towers will rise a majestic 22 storeys. One Valhalla will be surrounded by peaceful, tree-lined streets, and countless amenities. For all of your shopping needs, Sherway Gardens and Cloverdale Mall can be accessed in less than five minutes. The trendy Bloor West Village and Toronto’s Mural Village are also only a short drive away. Transportation is also as easy as can be with simple access to the subway, GO station, and Highway 427. In addition to all of these fantastic conveniences, One Valhalla will also supply the Valhalla Express, a personal shuttle for all the residents of the community!
The first tower will be comprised of 213 units, their sizes will range from 580-1,439 square feet. One and two bedroom suites will be available, each of them containing an impressive amount of stylish features and finishes. It is very exciting to see One Valhalla under construction, and it will only be a matter of time before they’re breaking ground for the second tower, Thunderbird.
