Great Gulf Homes has just released the rendering for Pace Condominiums, one of their most anticipated developments.

With Pace, Great Gulf will revitalize Dundas and Jarvis, one of the last under-developed areas in the city of Toronto. The immediate area has not experienced any substantial residential developments over the last few years as the actual site is still a low-rise strip plaza.

Great Gulf has partnered with Diamond + Schmitt Architects for design of the building.As we reported last month, Pace Condos will rise 46 storey’s and have 417 suites.

Great Gulf is currently building Charlie Condos at King St. W. and Charlotte St.
