With the heat hitting record temperatures in the Greater Toronto Area, there is nothing that we would love to see more then a little rain!

With the in mind, Empire Communities has just released new renderings for Rain, its new condominium coming soon to Oakville.

Located on the corner of Kerr St. and Speers Rd., this two-tower development is starting to turn heads with its cool, sleek design.

Partnering with Graziani + Corazza, Empire has raised the bar with the design of the tower, and its location. This unique design of the two towers will definitely enhance the skyline.  Rising 21 and 19 stories tall, the building will feature 533 suites with a three-story podium and retail.

With this new release, we are hoping to see sales to start soon.
