Tridel has been a very busy builder over the past few months. With development sites like 300 Front St., West Village in Etobicoke, and One Old Mill all starting to take shape, plus the launch of a new slick website, there’s no doubt that they have a lot on their plate at the moment. Despite all that, Tridel recently took some time to release their initial renderings for Alto at Atria, their latest master-planned development in Toronto.
Alto will be located in the Sheppard Ave. and Highway 404 area, and will be released to the public later this fall. The master-planned community will be home to three towers and consist of over 1,200 suites.
Tower one, Alto, will offer a sleek, contemporary look and help revitalize an underused area of Don Mills. Suites will range from one-bedroom to two-bedroom plus den designs, with prices starting in the mid $200,000s.
Tridel is one of the top builders in the Greater Toronto Area, with numerous projects including Argento, Aristo at Avonshire, Blythwood at Huntington, and One and Two Old Mill.
