When The Daniels Corporation plans to build a new condominium in the Greater Toronto Area, people take notice. Being one of the top names in development, Daniels always seems to attract a high level of attention with every project that they launch.
With that in mind, we’d like to take a peek at some newly discovered renderings for 1844 Bloor St., one of their next developments in the City of Toronto.
For those unaware of the project, 1844 Bloor St. will be a 14-storey boutique condominium building at Bloor and Keele St., just north of High Park. The building will feature two towers, accentuating Bloor St. The Development will contain 346 condominium units, with 46 bachelor suites, 100 one-bedrooms, 113 one-bedroom plus dens, plus other floor plans. Amenity spaces will be located on the third and ninth floors. The development will also have walk-up townhome units, located on Oakmount Road and Pacific Avenue.
Currently, the site is home to 13 two- and three-storey homes, which have been abandoned for years. Daniels is also planning on replacement rental units as part of the redevelopment plan.
