News moves along fast in the Toronto real estate scene! Last week we presented INDX, the newest condominium by the fine folks at Lifetime Developments and CentreCourt Developments. We were sitting on the edges of our chairs, awaiting the release of a rendering, and it finally arrived! Although it’s only an initial rendering, it does leave us something to get excited about.

INDX will be sitting within the Financial District, surrounded by a wide range of old art-deco style buildings, and it seems that it will blend seamlessly with its environment. The tower looks to be a mix of glass and pre-cast, complementing the area generously.

For those unaware, INDX is slated for the corner of Sheppard and Temperance, the site where the Sapphire Tower was going to be. The team is planning on constructing a 53-storey residential building with some much-needed retail space at ground level.

This will be Lifetime and Centrecourt’s second project together. Last year, they launched Karma Condos at Yonge and Gerrard with huge success! Now, it looks like both builders are planning on carrying that success over to INDX!
