In the past, we have mentioned the popularity of Humber Bay for new home builders. Mixing in its proximity to Lake Ontario and major transit lines, and its large amount of available land, it is a prime location for developers.

Humber Bay is one of the hottest areas in the Greater Toronto Area – with over 10 developments on the go, it is definitely a booming residential spot. Given its popularity, it’s not much of a surprise that we may have another condominium tower gracing the neighbourhood very soon.

In an application submitted to the City of Toronto, Petro J. Developments states that they are looking to construct a 41-storey apartment building at 42 Park Lawn Rd. The tower will have 345 suites and over 8,000 square feet of retail space, presumably on the ground floor.

As mentioned above, Humber Bay is flourishing as a popular spot for new residential developments. Ocean Club Condominiums by Beaverhall Homes and Graywood Developments Ltd., Lago Condominiums by Monarch, Eau Du Soleil by Empire, plus many more developments in the pipeline, prove that Humber Bay is one of the top areas for condominium construction in Toronto.
