Reserve Properties is doing it again!

According to Urbanation’s Twitter feed, Reserve Properties is looking to build a 29-storey condominium tower at 1451 Bathurst St, located on the south east corner of Bathurst St. and St. Clair Ave. West.

The site is currently a low-rise, two-story commercial plaza and is home to a convenience store and other independent businesses. At this time there have beenno applications submitted to the city in regards to this future development.

This area of Toronto has been popular with developers in recent years, following the development of 530 St. Clair Ave. West condominiums at the corner of Bathurstand St. Clair Ave W., Imperial Plaza Condos at 111 St. Clair Ave. W., and the potential 129 St. Clair Ave. W. development.

This announcement comes shortly after the release of the Beach Residences at 1960 Queen Street West.  Reserve Properties has a number of successful projects already underway.  Projects include;   Bellefair Kew Beach Living, Motif Towns, and Lofts on Ossington
