Harhay Construction Management Ltd has a new project in the works on Bathurst St., just south of Adelaide St.  The address is 111 Bathurst St.  A new boutique style condo, with distinct architectural features, will be built at this location.

Core Architects is heading up the design and has released an initial concept of the plan for a contemporary style condo with a mix of steel, glass and a precast podium.

The upper floors will appear to have suites protruding out of the building, a look that we initially witnessed at Freed’s project at 620 King St.

Currently a retail outlet, 111 Bathurst will sit in one of the more popular areas of Toronto for both developers and residents. ‘The Thompson Residences’, ’550 Wellington West’, ‘Seventy5 Portland’ and ‘Six 50 King’ are highlight projects in the area.

The site is currently a low-rise retail outlet, and according to documents filed with the city, it does not appear that the building will be incorporated into the new project.
