Months ago, we peeled back the curtain on Fabrik, one of Menke’s newest condominium developments in Toronto. Previously, Menkes had whet our appetites with the name Fabrik, and it left us wanting more. We are still awaiting more information, but this week, the team at Menkes released a little bit of what they have in store for us.
Located at 431 Richmond St. West, Fabrik will be a 16-storey condominium, showcasing strong contemporary architecture that the Queen and Spadina area desperately needs. Designed by acclaimed Giannone Petricone Associates Inc. Architects, Fabrik’s exterior will consist of a mix of precast and glass, accented by red lines at the top and bottom of the building.
Fabrik is a prime example of something that we have been championing for the past year – a developer taking an underused and under developed pocket of our city, and turning it into a project that will improve the area aesthetically, and augment its value.
Menkes is one of the top developers in Toronto. They have a rich history of successful residences, from their North York developments like Luxe Condominiums, Gibson Square Condominiums, and Savvy Condominiums at Cosmo, to their downtown projects at Lumiere and the new Four Seasons. They have contributed a significant amount to the shaping of our city.
Fabrik has yet to be released to be the public, so if you are interested in being one of the first in line for suites, you better click here!
