One of the most anticipated developments in the City of Toronto, Trump International has finally topped off.
Last week, Trump Tower located at the corner of Bay St. and Adelaide St. West. reached its 57-storey pinnacle. The building is expected to be completed by 2012. Once completed, it will be the second tallest skyscraper in Toronto, and the fourth tallest building in the city.
Trump will offer 261 hotel rooms, 118 condominium residences, including studio, one and two bedroom suites. The tower’s exterior will be an interesting combination of Grey precast panels and Green glass.
Residents will be able to live in the lap of luxury. Suites, start at 1,310 square feet with a multitude of upscale appointments, including coffered 11-13 ft ceilings, plush designer carpet in living spaces, designer furniture and accessories, as well as flat screen televisions in the living, dining, bathroom and bedrooms.
Marble flooring; stone topped double vanities and freestanding tubs add to the elegance of each suite.
Talon International Development has teamed with Trump to bring the 57 storey tower to Toronto. Zeidler Architects and II by IV Design Architects also join the Trump Team.
