Streetcar Developments has made some great strides in the past few years, leaving a stamp on the eastern part of Toronto. Their portfolio includes 19 River, a cool red brick building on River St., Edge on Queen St. East, as well as Riverside Lofts, another quality Queen St. Development. More recently they have ventured to other pockets of the city, like Riverdale.

One Streetcar Developments project that we have been meaning to check out is Sync Lofts – located right at the corner of Queen St. East and Carroll St. The eight-storey Sync Lofts is really starting to take shape in Riverdale, and is now over 85% sold. The strong impact that Sync Lofts will make is becoming more and more evident every day.

Some of the highlights of Sync Lofts include fitness centres and rooftop terraces, plus many unique features that we have yet to see in other downtown condos. All the units will be equipped with iPod docking stations, which are connected to pre-wired speakers in the living rooms, bedroom, and bathrooms! Several environmentally friendly features have also been incorporated into the design of the building, such as energy star appliances, low-flow faucets, energy-efficient heating and cooling systems, as well as an on-site car-share program.

To check out progress at Sync Lofts first hand, hop on the streetcar and head on down to Riverdale. Check out all the cool boutique shops and see why the neighbourhood of Sync Lofts will be one of Toronto’s most desirable locales.
