One of the most innovative projects in the Downtown Core is moving forward at a record pace.

Pier 27, a joint venture between Cityzen Developments and Fernbrook Homes, has made waives throughout the Greater Toronto Area for its creative and remarkable project at the foot of Lake Ontario.
