There’s a new look on the way for 1960 Queen St. East. Reserve Properties is introducing Lakehouse Beach Residences, an intimate six-story condominium located at the corner of Kenilworth Ave. and Queen St. East.

As we reported on April 13th, Lakehouse will be a six-story, mixed-use building that will consist of only 28 suites.

Housing one and two bedroom floor plans that range from 550 – 1880 Sq. ft., the building will feature high-end finishes like stainless steel European appliances and luxurious deep soaker bathtubs, while balconies and terraces will feature gas BBQ connections.

“We know from our last project, Bellefair, that the majority of purchasers are from the community,” says Fenton. “So we designed everything about Lakehouse for the people who want to live in The Beach.”

Priced from $349,000 to $1.4 million, occupancy for Lakehouse is scheduled for November 2013.
