The BSaR Group has another condominium on the way.

925 Eglington St. West, located just west of Bathurst St., will soon make way for a new boutique condominium. In an Application submitted to the City of Toronto, BSaR is looking to build a 9 storey condominium with 94 residential units. The plan will include over 10,763 square feet of retail space on the ground floor, with a three level underground parking garage for the residents.

This relatively  new builder to the Toronto market has already received acolades for their project  12 Degrees on 25 Beverley Street. The project  was celebrated as an innovative and unique design for a boutique style condominium . 12 Degrees will eventually  be known as the ‘funky’ condominium building that will fit in well with the evolving neighbourhood.

With ‘The Hill Condos’, BSaR seems to be taking a more tactful, respectful approach with the building, and once again fit within the area.   BSaR Group has brought on Core Architects to design the building.

The Hills Condos will be the first new condominium in the area for a while, as the corner of Bathurst and Eglington is one that is a  predominantly low rise area. Currently the area has several commercial and retail establishments.

The site, has the former ‘China House’ restaurant, that  will be demolished once BSaR gets approval to proceed with the plan. We will have more on this development as it becomes available.
