Reserve Properties has a new project coming to Bathurst and St. Clair Avenue West, in the stylish Forest Hill neighbourhood.

Located at 1443 Bathurst St., Rise Condominiums will rise to 25 stories and contain 324 suites. The condominium will have commercial aspects on the ground floor, with 283 parking spaces in a below ground parking garage.

Although some of the more interesting features and finishes are unknown at this time,  it’s nice to see Reserve taking another under used corner of our city and develop it into a vibrant residential tower.

Forrest Hill is one of the top areas of the City with a mix of Tudor and Georgian style homes, wide open green spaces and excellent shopping options. It is, without question, one of the more desired areas of Toronto. It will be interesting to see how ‘Rise’ will fit into the already established fabric of the neighbourhood.

Reserve Properties has been busy over the past 12 months. With Motif Lofts and Towns and Bellefair launched just under a year ago, followed up by Lakehouse Beach Residences and now Rise Condominiums, they are starting to become a real player in the new construction scene in Toronto.
