Back in November, we shared information that Alto at Atria, a new project by Tridel would be coming to the Don Mills area. At the time, we speculated about future projects that appeared to be part of the long term vision of the site. It looks like we didn’t have to wait too long, as Tridel is now ready to move ahead with Parkside.
Although nothing is confirmed at this time, it would appear that Parkside will be a smaller, boutique style building with a limited amount of units.
Initial looks at the project show an interesting mix between white precast and dark glass. It reminds us of a smaller, more intimate version of their project Reve on Front St. West.
