If turning heads was the goal of Developer Jim Neilas, then that goal has reached.

Jim Neilas is the man behind Neilas Developments, and the developer who is bringing OpArt Condos to Oakville. OpARt is a project that goes against everything that you would expect in a suburban condominium development. Not only is it innovative in its design, it also pushes the limits on modernism architecture.

Teaming up with Neilas are two heavyweights in the new construction industry. Designer Teeple Architects and Interior Designer Cecconi Simone have joined Neilas in this landmark development at the corner of Kerr Road and Shepherd Road. OpArt Condos will be two ten-storey condominium buildings, connected by a two-storey podium.  The podium will house the developments retail and commercial aspects, as well as some townhome units. The towers will feature a total of 188 units, ranging from 440 to 1,172 Sq. ft., with units sized from studio to three bedrooms.

Neilas is a developer who is in the rise in the Greater Toronto Area. They are the minds behind Cube Lofts in Little Italy, as well as Stage East Lofts in Leslieville.
