A new community is coming to Toronto.
Tridel recently announced its plans for a new master planned community ‘Alto at Atria’. The location is 2205 Sheppard Avenue East.
This master planned community will include three towers ranging from 38 to 26 stories, with a total 1,095 suites. The project will include 10,538 Sq. Ft. of commercial space along Sheppard Avenue, 1,282 parking spaces and 31, 721 Sq. Ft. of parkland as part of the development.
Tridel has brought on architect Turner Fleischer to design the community conveniently located in the established Don Mills neighbourhood.
While Alto is located in the heart of the residential Don Mills area there is an array of commercial retail shops and restaurants close by.
