Another condominium will soon be gracing Toronto’s beach community!

Based on original renders, 39 Connaught should be one of the best examples of infill projects that Toronto has seen in the past few years.

With no current plan in the hands of the city, one can expect a low-rise condominium ranging from four to six stories high, and containing 20-30 units. The site itself is presently home to a duplex.
