After nearly five years of development, 3018 Yonge in Lawrence Park will soon be a reality.

With the help of architects Hariri Pontarini and designer Munge Leung, Lanterra Developments will play the instrumental role of developing the site, located at the corner of Yonge Street and Lawrence Avenue, across from Lawrence Park.

Most recently, Lanterra’s team has released new renderings of the project, which reveal an upscale, boutique style development that will fit well within its surroundings.  The tower will rise twelve stories high and offer upscale finishes and features.

Lanterra had originally sought to build a 16-storey building, however, after taking the city to the Ontario Municipal Board, it was decided that a 12-storey building was more suitable for the area.
