Pinnacle International is one busy Builder. Not only are they finishing off work at Pinnacle Success Towers in Toronto and breaking ground at Pinnacle Grand Park, they are also moving forward on some more very interesting projects in the Greater Toronto Area and beyond. Uptown Mississauga is expected to be a landmark project, and they have a long list of projects in Vancouver. They have a significant amount of work on their plate, but they continue to look towards the future.
Pinnacle is moving forward with a new project in the core of downtown Toronto, and based on its location, it’s fair to say that this will be the second phase of their widely successful Pinnacle on Adelaide. Pinnacle is looking to develop a new 39-storey tower at the south end of their 283 Adelaide St. West site. The tower will sit on a low podium to the north, and have a triangular shaped plaza on John St. The tower will feature 363 units and 138 parking spaces.
Pinnacle International is one of Canada’s top developers of luxury high-rise condominiums. With over three decades of success, Pinnacle International has a strong history of putting the highest amount of care into their developments.
We still have a little waiting to do before the project’s launch, but it’s always interesting to see what Pinnacle has to offer! Stay tuned to the Toronto Star’s NewInHomes.com, as we will be keeping a keen eye on this one!
