Amacon and the Mississauga Rotaty opened the Mississauga Rotary Ribfest today at Celebration Square in Mississauga.
Over 100,000 people are expected to visit the City Centre over four days (July 14th to July 17th) to taste the best BBQ Ribs in Mississauga.
One of the most exciting parts of the 2011 Ribfest will be the introduction of the City of Mississauga’s redesigned and renovated ‘Celebration Square.’ ‘Celebration Square‘has become a vibrant public space that has just recently reopened to rave reviews after a major redesign.
As is tradition, the Ribfest will feature live on stage performances, rides and live music, for families to enjoy.
Proceeds of the event will go many deserving local charities, like the Canadian Cancer Society, the Mississauga Food Bank and a number of others through the efforts and generosity of the Rotary Club of Mississauga
The title sponsor for this year’s Rifest is Amacon, one of the new condominiums builders in Canada.
