This week, the team at the Toronto Star’s NewInHomes.com took a quick trip down to 5 St. Joseph’s Street to check out the progress at FIVE Condominiums, Graywood Developments’ and MOD Developments’ latest project at Yonge and Bloor.
We met with Stephen Price, Chief Operating Officer at Graywood Developments, as well as Ryan Love of E.R.A. Architects, who walked us through the progress that they have made at FIVE, and gave us an idea about the monumental expense and care that they have taken to ensure that the heritage aspects of the site are maintained and respected.
As part of our trip, we were able to check out the new sales centre for FIVE. The old sales centre, which was located within the warehouse, is now located in the Yonge St. portion of the development. Also during our trip, we were able to learn that FIVE is now 85 percent sold out! Great news for everyone involved.
FIVE Condos at 5 St. Joseph will feature 45 storeys of tower suites and heritage lofts in an incredible location. A striking exterior of glistening glass, punctuated by an undulating pattern of balconies, signals a truly urban architectural aesthetic inside and out. FIVE Condos will marry the future and the past by tying in components of the existing heritage architecture with the stunning modern tower.
Don’t just take our word for it, check it out for yourself. Drop by 5 St. Joseph to check out the progress at FIVE Condos, and check out their chic new sales centre. The sales centre is open Monday through Thursday from 12 – 6:00pm, Saturday and Sunday from 12-5:00pm, and closed Fridays. For more information, visit fivecondos.ca or simply call 416-928-0557
