One of the most anticipated developments in the City of Toronto is Picasso by the Monarch Group. Ever since the initial rendering was released, we have been clamoring for more information as to what the cutting-edge residence has to offer. Last week, the team at Monarch invited us out for a quick peek at Picasso, including checking out a very, very cool model.
Located at the corner of John St. and Queen St., the sales centre is exactly what you would expect from a project like this, a hip and colourful site that not only emits a great vibe, but also gives potential purchasers the feel for what life at Picasso will be like!
Located at 318 Richmond St. West, Picasso will rise 35 storeys in a modern-contemporary fashion. Monarch brought in Teeple Architects to design the tower, and we think you will be very happy with the innovative architecture that they are bringing to the area. Once Picasso is complete, it will certainly be one of the most interesting condominium designs in the city!
Enough with our gushing, onto the photos!
Intrigued? We don’t blame you!
Want to check it out for yourself? This weekend, the sales centre will be open to the public at 12pm sharp! Drop by the corner of Queen and John too see why Picasso is one of the most interesting projects in Toronto!
