A Glimpse Inside ‘Corktown Mews’

Corktown was buzzing with anticipation this weekend as Fieldgate Homes opened its doors to Corktown Mews, one of the more anticipated projects in downtown Toronto. “The plans are really great,” said sales manager Jim Andrews. “The majority of the plans on the site are really flowing, two and three bedroom floor plans. We think that they give buyers some great options.”

The doors were opened this weekend to an exclusive group who pre-registered via NewInHomes.com and FieldgateHomes.com. Throughout the weekend, prospective buyers lined up outside Corktown Mews’ sales office for an opportunity to take a peek at what Fieldgate Homes has to offer.

Corktown Mews, an up-and-coming area that includes the Distillery District, offers a distinguished collection of three-storey, luxury townhomes. The stone and brick exteriors will accent the surroundings, while the finishes and features will offer a real touch of luxury. “I really like the exterior of the buildings. I think they will really fit in well with an already established neighbourhood,” Andrews said. “On top of that, the finishes that we have here are going to be really great.”

Fieldgate Homes is a family-owned business that operates based on good old-fashioned values. With more than 50 years of building experience, they have created tens of thousands of homes throughout the GTA. Customer service is a top priority, and they have a legacy of happy homeowners to prove it. Prime examples of their successes include Bond Lake Village and Potters Edge in Markham, and Milton Trails in Milton.
